Effective Date: October 3, 2025

Diamond Tribe International (“DTI,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates baseball experiences and related services (“Experiences”) for participants (“you,” “your,” “player,” or “guest”). By reserving a spot, submitting a deposit, or participating in any DTI Experience, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Deposits and Payments

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your roster spot.
• The deposit amount will be applied toward your total package price.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full by the date listed on your registration confirmation. Failure to complete payment by the due date may result in forfeiture of your roster spot and deposit.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
• Any cancellation after the balance due date will result in forfeiture of all payments.
• If DTI cancels an Experience due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather, safety, or operational issues), participants will receive a refund or credit toward a future trip at DTI’s discretion.

3. Travel and Insurance

• All participants are responsible for booking their own flights to and from the Experience destination.
• Valid travel medical and emergency evacuation insurance is required for all players and guests. Proof of coverage must be submitted as instructed after registration.
• DTI is not responsible for missed or delayed flights, baggage loss, or any travel disruptions beyond our control.

4. Guests

• Guests may be added during the balance phase before final payment.
• Guest packages include shared-room lodging and all-inclusive resort access.
• Guests must comply with all resort and DTI guidelines throughout the Experience.

5. Conduct and Responsibility

All participants and guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward teammates, staff, opponents, and resort personnel.DTI reserves the right to remove any individual whose behavior jeopardizes the safety, integrity, or enjoyment of the Experience without refund.

6. Liability and Waiver

Participation in DTI Experiences involves physical activity and inherent risks.All players and guests must sign a Participant Agreement and Liability Waiver prior to travel.DTI assumes no responsibility for injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal property during travel or participation.

7. Trip Modifications

DTI reserves the right to modify or adjust itineraries, game schedules, accommodations, or activities as necessary due to weather, field conditions, or other factors beyond our control.Any significant changes will be communicated as soon as possible.

8. Media and Photography

By participating in a DTI Experience, you grant DTI permission to capture and use photos, video, and other media of you for promotional and editorial purposes in any format.If you prefer not to appear in published materials, please contact us in writing before your trip.

9. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
